Refund policy

If for any reason you did not like your purchase (please let us know the reason because we always want you to like it!) or if you want to exchange an item for another, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your order. For the return, please include the garments in perfect condition along with their original packaging and labels.

If you've made the purchase as a guest, please contact the following email to process the return: contact@9thebrand.com, indicating RETURN in the subject.

If you've made the purchase with a customer account , you can process the return from the list of your purchases on your profile by selecting the items to be returned.

In the return package, you have to indicate the following delivery address:

You will be responsible for shipping costs and we recommend sending it by certified mail or with acknowledgment of receipt. Otherwise, we cannot be responsible in case of loss or delivery of package in poor conditions.

The refund of the money will be made to the same payment method as the purchase in 7-15 days after receiving the returned items.

To exchange any item, you must first return the original one and then make a new purchase.

In case of receiving a wrong item or one on poor conditions, please contact contact@9thebrand.com as soon as possible and no later than 14 days from receipt of the order. In these cases, 9 The Brand guarantees any exchange or refund.
